Booking & Payments :
  • A $20 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment, credited towards the final service.
  • Remaining balances must be paid via Cash or Zelle only. If you do not have access to Zelle, Cash is required. Please note that no other forms of payment will be accepted under any circumstances.

Refunds & Cancellations & No-Shows

  • Refunds: All services are final and non-refundable. I take pride in delivering high-quality work and ensuring each client leaves satisfied. I offer a one-time courtesy fix only at my discretion if there is a major issue with your installation. Style changes, last-minute decisions, or dissatisfaction based on personal preference (after approving the style at the salon) do not qualify for a complimentary fix.
  • Cancellations: You must cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance to avoid fees. Cancellations within 24 hours will be charged 50% of the service total. You may reschedule your appointment one time within the same month of your original booking. Any additional changes or reschedules will require a new deposit.
  • No-shows: will be charged 100% of the service total and blocked from future bookings.

Natural Hair & Extension Preparation

  • All of our services listed include a shampoo. Arrive with your hair in its natural state, free of heavy oils, detangled, ready for shampoo.
  • Clients are required to inform the stylist of any pre-existing scalp or hair conditions prior to booking or at the start of the appointment. This includes, but is not limited to: Thinning or damaged edges, excessive shedding or breakage, scalp sensitivity or tenderness, psoriasis, eczema, or other scalp conditions, any form of alopecia.

(This information is very important and helps me choose the safest techniques and products for your scalp and hair health.)

Wigs must be in good quality and in good condition. Prepare your bundles by washing and air drying before your appointment. I do not accept pre-cut extensions nor will I install wet bundles. —————————————————————


Lace Requirements

  • HD or transparent lace is required for all installs to ensure a flawless, natural look.
  • If your lace does not meet quality standards, your service may be declined or rescheduled.
  • For the best results, I highly recommend investing in high-quality bundles. Quality extensions not only enhance the look and feel of your install, but also offer longevity, reusability, and a flawless, natural finish. I do not suggest buying Amazon extensions.

Color Request + Drop-offs:


If requesting color services, you must send your inspiration picture immediately after booking. While I always strive to bring your vision to life, I may respectfully decline certain highlight requests or inspiration photos that fall outside of my expertise. Drop-offs are accepted Tuesday-Friday, 9AM- 2PM. Bleaching and plucking of lace will perform at the beginning of your appointment.
