A $20 non-refundable, non-transferable deposit is required to secure appointments, credited towards the final service. Remaining balances must be paid in cash or via Zelle.

Appointment Requiremets

  • HD or transparent lace is required for all scheduled appointments.

  • Wigs must be in good condition and either previously installed by C'Aira or approved in advance (no pre-cut extensions).

  • Add-ons must be selected during booking, as additional services cannot be added during the appointment.

  • Inform the stylist of any pre-existing scalp or hair conditions (e.g., thinning edges, scalp psoriasis, alopecia).

  • A positive attitude ready for content to be created

Service Guidelines

  • Shampoo services are included, but braid or wig removal services are not provided.

  • Drop-off services for color appointments are available from Tuesday to Saturday, 9 AM - 4 PM.

  • Bleaching and plucking will be done during the appointment time.

  • No children or extra guests allowed during appointments.

  • Arrive 10 minutes early to account for parking in the high-traffic area.
