-A $20 non-refundable deposit is required to secure appointments, credited towards the final service.

-HD or transparent lace is required for all scheduled appointments.

-Wigs must be in good condition and either previously installed by C’Aira or approved in advance. I do not accept pre-cut extensions nor will I install wet bundles. Prepare your bundles by washing and air drying before your appointment.

-Add-ons must be selected during booking – additional services cannot be added during your appointment.

-If requesting color services, you must send your inspiration picture immediately after booking. While I always strive to bring your vision to life, I may respectfully decline certain highlight requests or inspiration photos that fall outside of my expertise.

-Inform the stylist of any pre-existing scalp or hair conditions (e.g., thinning edges, scalp psoriasis, alopecia).

-Remaining balances must be paid via Cash or Zelle only. If you do not have access to Zelle, Cash is required. Please note that no other forms of payment will be accepted under any circumstances.

-Complimentary Shampoo: All services include a shampoo. Please arrive with your hair in its natural state, ready for shampooing.

-Drop-Off Services: Only for clients requesting color services with their appointment. Drop-offs are accepted Tuesday–Friday, 9 AM–4 PM. Bleaching and plucking of lace will perform at the beginning of your appointment.

-Monthly Booking Schedule: Appointments open on the 16th of every month at 9am.

-Grace Period & Cancellation: Please arrive on time, as all appointments are back-to-back. A 10-minute grace period is allowed before cancellation.

-Hair-Included Packages are now available for booking on the website. This service is exclusively offered for traditional sewins and 2x6 closure sewins. A deposit of $100 is required to secure your appointment.

• I take pride in providing exceptional service, and I love seeing my clients excited about their hair. Please arrive with a positive and respectful attitude.

• To help me create engaging content for YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram, consider arriving in neutral attire with a soft glam makeup look. Let’s make some magic together—are you ready?

Cancellation Policy: Cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment to avoid being charged 50% of the remaining balance. This policy applies to same-day cancellations and no-shows.

Refund Policy: Dispute or Issue Resolution - If you have any concerns regarding your service, it must be addressed the same day or within 24 hours of your appointment date and time so I can accommodate you promptly. Any concerns raised after 24 hours will not be accepted or accommodated.

• Emergency Appointments
  Same-day bookings are considered emergency appointments and require a $100 fee in addition to the service total.

• After-Hours Appointments
  Appointments scheduled between 6:00 AM – 9:00 AM or 7:00 PM – 10:00 PM are considered after-hours and also require a $100 fee.
