Booking & Payment
- All regular appointments require a $20 deposit. Hair-included services require a higher deposit, as the hair is ordered specifically for your appointment. Once hair is ordered and shipped to the salon, it cannot be returned or refunded, even if you cancel. This is why deposits are non-refundable.
- You may pick up your extensions or request shipping if hair was already ordered.
Remaining Balance:
- Must be paid by CASH or ZELLE only. If you don’t have Zelle, cash is required.
- No other payment methods will be accepted under any circumstances.
Refunds, Cancellations & No-Shows
Refunds:
- All services are final and non-refundable.
- A one-time courtesy fix may be offered at my discretion only if there’s a major installation issue.
- Style changes, last-minute decisions, or personal preference dissatisfaction do not qualify.
Cancellations:
- Must cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance to avoid fees.
- Cancellations within 24 hours = 50% charge of the total service.
- You can reschedule once within the same month.
- Any additional changes require a new deposit.
No-Shows:
- Charged 100% of the service total.
- Blocked from future bookings.
Natural Hair & Extension Preparation
- All services include a shampoo.
- Arrive with hair detangled, free of heavy oils, and ready for shampoo.
- Please inform your stylist of any pre-existing scalp or hair conditions such as:
• Thinning or damaged edges
• Excessive shedding or breakage
• Scalp sensitivity or tenderness
• Psoriasis, eczema, or alopecia
Overall Lace + Hair Requirements
- HD or transparent lace is required for all installs for a flawless, natural finish.
- If lace does not meet quality standards, your service may be declined or rescheduled.
- Amazon extensions are not accepted. No exceptions, whatsoever.
- High-quality bundles are strongly recommended for longevity, reusability, and the best look.

Punctuality
- 10-minute grace period is allowed. I run on a strict schedule with back-to-back clients. Arriving late will shorten your service time or lead to rescheduling.
- Consistent tardiness may result in future booking refusal.
Color Requests & Wig Drop-Offs
- For color services, send your inspiration photo immediately after booking.
- Only colors/highlights listed in the [Add-On Menu] are available.
- Drop-Off Hours: Tuesday–Friday | 10AM – 6PM
- Hair is required to be dropped off a minimum of 5 days before your scheduled appointment.
- Lace bleaching & plucking are done at the beginning of your appointment.
After Appointment Hair Care Guide + Tips
- Use “Wrap It” black strips to gently lay your lace, paired with a silk or satin bonnet to protect your extensions while you sleep.
- Brush With Care: Detangle using a paddle brush only, starting from the ends and working your way up to preserve the wefts and prevent shedding.
- Maintain Volume & Bounce: Style with Velcro rollers or grey/purple flexi rods to keep curls soft, full, and weightless.
- Light Products Only: Avoid heavy oils, serums, or sprays. Opt for lightweight formulas to maintain your extensions’ natural flow and shine.
